In the past we often had uncertainty with tradesmen, often leaving a mess or delivering poor quality workmanship, which makes our job very unpleasant. We have done 108 projects together and I trust PBF to work in my clients’s homes. Staff are courteous and arrive on time. They also keep the work area clean and take away rubbish. Because workmanship is carried out to a very high standard, I do not have to worry about quality. We have always been very satisfied with the service provided by PBF Ltd.

GIB® Fixing and GIB® Stopping
I would like to endorse the Plasterboard Finishing team for future work. I have been using them since 2007. The job was done on a Saturday and Sunday as the plant could only be stopped for that period. I as the builder and the winery were more than pleased with the outcome. They have recently carried out a work in some extensive renovations, which involved new work, old patch work, also painting. The outcome was very professional. I as the builder who contracted them and the homeowners were very happy with their work.

I have found the team very pleasant to work with, and their pricing is very acceptable. I have no hesitation in recommending them for future work.

GIB® Stoppers Renovation Stanley Point
It was a pleasure having PBF working in my house. We were always kept up to date with the job, had a project manager coming to review the work and when they left in the evening, the house was left as clean as it was found.

I’ve worked with about a dozen contractors over two house refurbishings. PBF was far and away the best. PBF’s price was on par with others. The professionalism and attention to detail paid by their GIB®-stopper was outstanding. Prompt response to phone and email communications. And everything on time. The GIB®-stopper told us on the second day he worked that he’d be finished three days later at 2:00 pm. He drove away at 1:15 pm! And he left behind a clean and tidy work area. Painters did a good job. Thorough and hard-working.

Painting was efficiently organised throughout with all work occurring within the time lines given. From the first visit for the inspection and quotation all the activities proceeded as indicated with continuing follow up and support. The painters engaged on the work were professional, hard-working, courteous, organised and tidy, with the work site being managed in a clean state and secured at days end. We returned to New Zealand after 7 years away and needed a quick turnaround to prepare our home after the renters left. Quotes and advanced planning were precise and during the project we were fully supported by a project manager and the head office team. We had a great team work on the house interior and they were always polite and courteous. Often we had to make changes and this was always accommodated particularly when we had other contractors working. The minor detail was important and if we spotted any issues they were quickly dealt with by the team lead. All round a well planned & executed project that was on time and on budget. We are now looking to do the exterior with PBF in the spring.
