37 Point Checklist
To ensure the quality of your service and long lasting finish we work according to our 37 points of quality for Gib board fixing, stopping and painting. Records on your project are sent back to our server where it is analyzed in our continual quality improvement program.

Fixed quotes and scope of works
In case of fixed quotes and tenders we assist you by clearly documenting scope of the project for our trades. This provides you with an early indication should any changes to the scope should these have budget implications.
We also help you translate architectural specifications into practical finishing details. Unspecified or unclear details are highlighted early so you have time to make the necessary decisions without compromising progress of the project.
Achievement of primary standards for every project. To continuously improve standards for your projects we track our performance during each visit to the project. As a project is completed we record how well our performance on primary standards meets the expectations of our clients and those of our internal checks. Primary standards are;

In order to track successful completion of your deadlines our time objectives are recorded for
each job. The time focus list also helps break down tasks and resources for the project on a day by day basis. This help us identify potential delays before they affect your project.
Environmental, health and safety
Spot check throughout the project confirms adherence to safe and tidy work practices. Other checks ensure presentation and our environmental practices are carried out correctly.
Material action checklist
To maximize efficiency and minimise your cost we monitor material delivered to jobs. This facilitates tracking waste measuring inconsistencies.
